I have only just heard the news of Barrys death, I am so taken aback by this and I send you my heartfelt condolences. We have been friends from the time we both left the Police and joined Ford on the same day and virtually retired at the same time. I have some fantastic memories of Barry when we used to go out for a night and have a drink. We saved every week from our wages and would go out every few weeks, happy times. Ivor Field
